Appeals

This form is used to appeal Bans, Blacklists, Permission revocations and other punitive actions within Phoenix Gaming. If you are appealing multiple offenses, you must submit a separate appeal for each case. Note that at this time, Phoenix Gaming does not own Game Servers other than Minecraft and therefore cannot remove an action not done by us. We are NOT affiliated with the TeamFortress2 server host of the same name.

By submitting an appeal, you understand and agree to the following terms.

There are no guarantees regarding your appeal or the appeal process.

The response time may be different for every case.

If an appeal is denied, you may not submit another appeal request for the same case for 30 days.

If false information is given at any point on your appeal form, your appeal will be denied immediately.

Appeals for cases of underage or illegal usage will be denied regardless of circumstance.

Appeals for cases of inappropriate behavior will be judged on a case-by-case basis including but not limited to: pornography; nudity; ERP; DRP; excessive politics, racism, hate speech and other violations of the community guidelines.
